Miss. S {9 months)

This morning I had a fun session with the gorgeous Miss. S. You may recognize her, I have been photographing her since she was a sweet newborn. She is 9 months now and gorgeous as ever! Watch out boys, she is going to be a heart breaker. Cause not only is she gorgeous but she is a sweetie pie too! Thanks guys for another fun session, looking forward to her big birthday session. Miss. E {6 weeks}

This morning I had fun cuddling another sweet baby. I feel so very thankful for my amazing job. Today I met the sweet, 6 week old Miss. E.  What a cutie pie she is!      At 6 weeks old, she is a bit older than my typical newborns (click here for more info on newborn sessions) but she did great. She was wide awake when she arrived but after some feeding and rocking she feel asleep and we were able to get a good variety of images. Here’s a sneak peek for her mama! Enjoy!

Mine on Monday {1/25/10}

Happy Monday everyone! One of my goals for 2010 is to photograph my own children more. I know you are thinking, what? Seriously though, I just don’t photograph them nearly enough. When I first started my photography journey my goal was simply to document my kids as they grown up. And now that I am so busy with my business, I don’t photograph them nearly enough. Well, I decided to challenge myself to a project, called “Mine on Mondays”. (An idea I saw on another photographers blog.) As you probably guessed, I will be posting images of my own kids every Monday. This will force me to photograph them more. So without further ado here’s my first image. This is an image of Emma from our Valentine’s Day session that I just adore!!! Enjoy!

The New Blog Contest

Well the big day is finally here and I am so excited! I feel like I have been working on this project forever, and I am so glad all the details came together and it’s finally ready to share. As you may have noticed this is a brand new blog and not just a redesign. Why does that matter, you ask? Well if you subscribed to the old blog via RSS feed you will need to resubscribe to this one to keep receiving my most recent posts. Not to worry though, it’s easy peasy…just click on that little black box up near  the Facebook button and you are good to go. If you hadn’t already subscribed now’s a great time to start. Hint, hint! ;)

Not only is the blog all new, but I’ve completely redesigned my website as well. So if you haven’t already seen my brand spanking new look please check it out here. Take some time and peek at all the new galleries updated with my most recent work. Also you’ll notice a new, easier way to book your session with me and a brand new FAQ info page with an awesome newborn video.

2010 is going to be an amazing year, I can already tell. And because I am so excited for all the new changes I want to celebrate with you. So I figured what better way to do that than with a fun contest. Here’s the deal: to enter the contest you will need to either join my Facebook Fan Page (As easy as clicking the shiny blue icon above to join. Please note that this is the fan page not the group.
